There are two programs: Beginners and Advanced.

The Beginners program is designed for kids in their first two or three years of wrestling.  Basic wrestling techniques with a less intensive practice schedule.  Practices are Monday and Thursday evenings. 

The Advanced Program is designed for experienced wrestler with the basic knowledge of of wrestling techniques with a minimum of two years of wrestling experience.  Practices are more of an intensive practice schedule. Monday and Thursday evenings.
