Youth Wrestling Signups start 10/16/2023
There are two programs: Beginners and Advanced.
The
Beginners program
is designed for wrestlers in their first two or three years of wrestling. Basic wrestling techniques with a less intensive practice schedule. Practices are Tuesday and Thursday evenings

The
Advanced Program
is designed for experienced wrestlers with the basic knowledge of wrestling techniques with a minimum of two years of wrestling experience. Early Advanced practices will begin November 27th at 6:00-7:00 PM and will be held every Monday & Wednesday. Starting in January, practices will change to
Monday 5:30-6:30 pm, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings
